THE POEM TO END IT ALL

Management can make you and management can break you
Turn a boy into a man, or a girl into a woman with an Iron hand
It helps you discover yourself, and learn about everybody else
Forces you to make a decision in a moment’s notice
Make the right one, and the office on the top floor is within your focus
Say the wrong thing to your assistant
And If her name isn’t Monica, you’re out of luck in an instant
You need an open mind with a heart full sole
But manage yourself differently in every role
Autocratic, democratic, or laissez faire
Nothing will ever be evidently clear
Management will give you experiences in life
Some probably harder to deal with than having 2 wife’s
A woman is lazy and wants to start work at one
Do you accept or decline?
Or ask Kurpis, the mighty divine
Management is difficult to conquer and learn
But once you do, the victory will be mighty earned.
